Amplify your Being

In a world filled with stress and constant business, it’s challenging to remain aligned and well. 

As modern women, we want it all...And we also want to FEEL GOOD while doing it all, amirite? That works well until life gets busy, or when unknown challenges cross our path (global pandemic—I’m looking at you!), and we find ourselves feeling depleted, disconnected and overwhelmed. 

We lack the tools and perspective to keep us empowered, inspired and thriving in the midst of thought times—because frankly, our parents didn’t have much in the way of practices to sustain and thrive in a 21st-century life. And our culture doesn’t value ease and being. It rewards striving for more and constant doing.

Here’s where I want to introduce you to something that I, and the hundreds of women I’ve worked with, have used to find space and wellbeing in the midst of craziness—the ancient wellness practice Ayurveda!

Ancient Wellness

Originally shared as an oral tradition, Ayurveda was recorded more than 5,000 years ago in India.

It provides an incredible amount of insight into how to live a truly healthy life—beyond fad diets and complicated regiments (yeah!). 

Now, I don’t expect you to dive into Vedic textbooks that are thousands of years old. Instead, I want to share my insights from the past decade immersing myself in yoga and Ayurveda. I want to be your guide and cheerleader, and show you how you can simplify the practices of Ayurveda, honor your individuality and educate you on how to best nourish YOU, and empower you to remain aligned and well throughout the seasons of life—no matter the challenges life throws your way.

I’m Jenni.

 

My entire life I’ve been coined an “old soul” and wise for my age. I’ve always had an appetite for delicious food (well, duh!) but mostly for life’s potential! 

Call me type-A, overachiever, entrepreneur, visionary - I’ve never been one to sit around on my bee-hind and let life pass. I’m hungry for all that life has to offer. I consider this both a blessing and a curse. On the flip side, I’ve struggled for many years to maintain balance, alignment and a sense of wellbeing. In the past, I’ve found myself often in a place of overwhelm and even burnout.

I learned the hard way that this type of determination and ambition-levels require a solid amount of self-care, awareness and self-care. Thankfully, Ayurveda found me when I needed it most. 

Now, I teach women from all over the globe how to get in touch with her inner fountain of wellbeing both via my online offerings and at my Yoga Studio in Breckenridge, CO.
