a note from Jenni

Feeling stressed out by the endless ups and downs of life? I did too!

Call me type-A, overachiever, entrepreneur, visionary - I’ve never been one to sit around on my bee-hind and let life pass. I consider this both a blessing and a curse. On the flip side, I’ve struggled for many years to maintain balance, alignment and a sense of wellbeing. In the past, I’ve found myself often in a place of overwhelm and even burnout.

I learned the hard way that this type of determination and ambition-levels require a solid amount of self-care, awareness and self-care.

Thankfully, Ayurveda found me when I needed it most.

The depth and breadth of this ancient wellness practice had me curious from the gate. I took small bits and pieces from here and there until eventually, I decided to pursue a formal education; it is a science and form of eastern medicine after all.

Ayurveda has reminded me of my humanness. My potential. My grace. My resilience. My uniqueness. My ability to adapt and heal from within.

She’s my biggest supporter and reminder that everything I need is already inside of me. It just takes a little attention and effort to maintain her. To keep her balanced. To keep her feeling WELL through the seasons of life.

Thanks to this complex, yet-oh-so-simple wisdom, I can now manage the ebbs and flows of life—work, relationships and family with ease and grace. Nothing seems out of my reach and I feel whole-heartedly in touch with my inner and outer world. Life is a constant balance of evolving and being. Sometimes we need more output, sometimes we need more input. Either way, we need the tools to keep us aligned and thriving. To keep us connected to ourselves and others. To keep us feeling well in mind, body and heart.

I’m here to remind you of your robust and magnificent self and provide you the tools for being your very best self!

Set up an exploration session to see what coaching program is right for you!
